Social Work Supervisor

Schedule: Exempt, min 40 hours Hours per week | 8am-4:30pm
Department:  PACE of Southwest Michigan | St. Joseph & Niles, MI

What You’ll Do:

As the Social Work Supervisor, you’ll lead and support the Social Work team across our St. Joseph and Niles PACE campuses, helping ensure participants receive coordinated, compassionate, and high-quality psychosocial care.
In this role, you’ll provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed and non-licensed social work team members while helping strengthen case management practices, workflows, documentation, and collaboration across the interdisciplinary team. You’ll also serve as a clinical resource for complex situations, support compliance with PACE requirements, and help ensure social work services remain closely connected to both participant needs and organizational priorities.
