• →Partner directly with Marketing leadership to concept campaigns from idea to launch — fast
• →Build and evolve our design system so every touchpoint feels unmistakably MFFU
• →Turn complex trading concepts (drawdown, payouts, funded accounts) into visuals that are instantly understandable and genuinely exciting
• →Stay plugged into prop trading culture, competitor brands, and meme trends before they blow up

• A portfolio that shows range: social-first content, motion/video editing chops, and clean brand systems
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
• A genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
• Speed without sacrificing quality. We operate in a fast-moving, high-volume content environment
• A sharp eye for what makes content actually perform, not just look nice
• Comfort taking feedback and iterating quickly across multiple concurrent projects
• Fluency with AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Runway, or similar) to speed up ideation and production. We move fast and expect our tools to keep up
• A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where priorities shift daily and the best idea wins, not the loudest title

• Experience designing for fintech, gaming, esports, or creator-economy brands
• Video editing and motion graphics skills
• Existing knowledge of futures trading or the funded trading industry
• A track record of content that's actually gone viral
