Burn Table Operator

• →Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures
• →Follow operational instructions outlined by plate processing manager
• →Maintain accurate records of part numbers, job numbers, and cut sheets
• →Keep work area organized, clean, and safe
• →Report any dimensional discrepancies to the plate processing manager or QA/QC team

• Prior experience in operating burn tables preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to operate handheld grinders, overhead cranes, forklifts, be able to read a tape measure, and lift 50 lbs
• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination
• Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment

• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts as needed to meet project deadlines

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (8–12+ hour shifts)
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for prolonged periods
• Reach overhead and work with arms extended
• Climb ladders, work in manlifts up to 25 feet above ground
• Work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required

• Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial hazards
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
