Electrical Supervisors (Foreman and Superintendent)

• →Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar supervisory role.
• →Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• →Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• →Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and construction specifications.
• →Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• →Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• →Experience with medium-voltage systems, motor controls, instrumentation, PLC installations, or power distribution.
• →Experience leading large industrial crews or complex industrial construction projects.

• Ability to work in active industrial construction environments.
• Frequent walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, FR clothing, and other site-specific PPE.

• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts as needed to meet project deadlines

This position requires the ability to perform all essential job functions safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Work is performed primarily outdoors on active construction sites
• Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and precipitation
• Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial hazards
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
