Join our dedicated Security team as an AI Security Principal Engineer. You’ll play a key role in helping our Engineering teams deliver secure AI products at speed.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our AI transformation, with enterprise-wide role responsibility for safeguarding our organisation as we embrace Machine Learning, Generative AI and evolving technologies like model context protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent (A2A) architectures.

 

You will shape, champion, and embed the security practices that support innovation, while protecting our customers and our brand from AI and ML based cyber threats.

 

- Solid background in Senior information/cyber security roles, with strong experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP, plus solid coding literacy.

- Deep expertise in AI‑focused threat modelling, risk assessment, and secure third‑party integration, with awareness of emerging AI tech (LLMs, vector DBs, orchestration).

- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO, OWASP) and embedding security, compliance, and governance into cloud‑native platforms.

- Proven ability to influence executives and delivery teams, communicate clearly to diverse audiences, and translate complex risks into actionable strategies.

- Experience running red/purple‑team exercises, collaborating in fast‑paced environments, and driving customer‑focused outcomes.
