Who We Are

Myo is modern physical therapy to futureproof your body. Through 1:1 expert care, our team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists use full-body awareness and proactive insights to intercept injury, reduce pain, and improve your every day.

With 20 locations (and counting!) across Canada and the U.S., including our clinics in Vancouver (Main, Oak, North Shore, Chinatown, Fraser, Kitsilano, Park Royal and Richmond), Myo is leading the movement-health conversation and inspiring the world to make proactive care a part of everyday life.

Clinical Growth Opportunities: Participate in structured mentorship programs, clinical workshops, and our Leadership In Training (LIT) and Evolve personal development programs

Front of House Support: Focus on your clients while our dedicated front desk team handles bookings, client inquiries, and administrative needs

1:1 Care and Manageable Caseloads: Provide personalized care with an average of fewer than 8 clients per day as you build your practice (we aim to achieve this within your first year!)

Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside passionate clinicians and participate in team events, workshops, and recharges

Provide high-quality, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s needs

Use clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans that help clients achieve their goals

Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education

Collaborate with local referral sources to grow your caseload

Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to identify growth opportunities and achieve your professional goals

Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college

Insured with appropriate liability coverage

Passionate about delivering client-centered care, including proactive follow-ups and flexible scheduling

An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians

Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly

Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviors such as: excitement to mentor students, participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc.

Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team

A strong communicator and understand the importance of a positive client experience

Competitive Compensation: A competitive fee split + annual $1000 Continuing Education Reimbursement + bonus payouts for team member referrals

Financial Stability: The unique option to start with a structured monthly Stipend Model for your first three months—designed to provide stability and ease your transition into building a caseload, before moving onto our standard fee split.
