Desired Qualifications:
- A Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Connecticut with experience providing direct patient care, conducting medical assessments, and supporting medication management.
- Committed to patient-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed nursing practices grounded in an understanding of the impact of trauma on children and adolescents
- Eager to work as part of an established medical and multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable working both independently and in partnership with the program’s Full-Time Nurse and Medical Services Coordinator to support continuity and consistency of medical care
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Comfortable and flexible in a fast-paced residential environment
- Ability to work a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule
- Some occasional flexibility to provide backup nursing consultation or coverage outside regularly scheduled hours may be requested based on program needs
Salary/Hourly Rate: $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time – 20 hours per week Schedule to be determined based on program needs and candidate availability
