As a Senior Data Analyst, Executive Analytics at Namecheap and Spaceship, you will be the go-to analyst for the C-level of both brands and for our board. You will take open-ended questions from leadership, figure out what's really being asked, get the data yourself and come back with a clear recommendation, which you will present yourself. This is a brand-new role: you will define the exec analytics function and the board reporting standard from day one, and your conclusions will go straight to the people making the decisions.
A supportive manager who cares about your well-being and is invested in your professional growth.
A culture of continuous learning, with clear targets and feedback.
A global company with over 2500 employees located in more than 26 countries around the world, including offices in 3 countries: Ukraine, Portugal, and India.
You will be the single analytics point of contact for the leadership of two brands at different stages: established Namecheap and fast-growing Spaceship. You will run deep dives on whatever leadership needs answered (pricing, retention, product performance, growth), support FP&A with budgeting, plan vs. actual, financial models and forecasts for both brands, own the executive and board reporting pack on one consistent set of metrics, present your findings to the C-level and the board, and work on strategic cases like pricing changes, new products and M&A.
You will have 5-8 years of experience in analytics, with real experience in SaaS, subscription or e-commerce
You will be skilled in SQL across several engines and build your own data marts (we use BigQuery, MSSQL, MySQL and Trino, but you don't need hands-on experience with all of them)
You have experience with Python for analysis, solid statistics and A/B testing
You have working experience with forecasting: time series and cohort models
You are experienced with financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with unit economics
You have domain expertise in subscription metrics (retention, LTV), pricing and product analytics
You have working experience with Tableau and/or Looker / Looker Studio
You turn a vague question into a sharp one, and numbers into a decision
You can point to analyses that changed a business decision, with the numbers to prove it
You have fluent English (C1+) and are confident presenting to senior leadership
Experience with Trino or federated queries, dbt, LLM tools in your analytics workflow, or a background in domains, hosting or web infrastructure is a plus
Embrace work-life balance with a 100% remote role.
Get a direct line to the C-level and the board, where your work changes decisions.
Work across two brands with different economics and different problems.
Grow with a path to leading exec analytics.
Participate in team-building activities and events.
Utilize the best tools and technology for work, including LLM tools.
