About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.

You’ll own the creative process, from content strategy and ideation to scripting and production.

We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and fast-moving, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content across different topics and formats.

Responsibilities

Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients
→
Research audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities
→
Develop strong concepts, hooks, and creative angles
→
Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content
→
Produce content from idea through execution
→
Work closely with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
→
Lead or support shoots when needed
→
Review content throughout production and give clear creative feedback
→
Quality-check content and make sure it aligns with the agreed strategy, brand, and tone
→
Use performance data to understand what’s working and improve future content
→
Prepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations
→
Create and test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats
→
Help develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats
→
Build organic content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
→
Manage multiple content streams while keeping quality and deadlines high
→
Stay on top of trends and identify new opportunities for relevant, engaging content

Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media
Ideally, experience creating content within longevity, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle
Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth
Good understanding of short-form and social-first content
Comfortable taking a piece of content from idea to production
Able to work closely with creatives, talent, and clients
Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
Strong ownership and ability to move fast
Curious, creative, and always looking for better ways to tell a story
