LPN/ Registered Nurse - GI Clinic at NHC

The LPN/ RN delivers nursing care for patients across their life span, and through the use of the nursing process, assesses and documents the effects of care under the supervision a Clinic Nurse Manager. Works cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, medical and other patient-team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. 

LPN/ RN Responsibilities: 

• Measure and monitor vital signs
• Help physicians with patient examinations
• Record patient history and personal information
• Administering medications as directed by physicians
• Schedule patient appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Current Practical Nurse License in the state of Tennessee
• BLS
