Gravity Research is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager who can translate our research into compelling content and multichannel campaigns that build brand awareness and drive revenue pipeline. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic marketer and creative who is equally comfortable packaging research into polished marketing materials, developing a campaign concept, designing collateral, launching a campaign, bringing a new product to market, and leveraging AI to raise both the speed and the standard of the work.

Gravity Research is a premier insights firm helping companies anticipate risk, spot opportunities, and rationalize reputational concerns against a backdrop of evolving public pressures.

The Role
Gravity Research is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the company's integrated marketing execution, sales enablement, and visual design across our research and advisory products. This role sits within our Revenue division and works closely with Revenue, Research, and Content leadership to take the research and insights developed by our research team and strategically package and design them into compelling, market-facing collateral and campaigns.

This person will partner closely with our Research and Content teams, including the Senior Director of Content Strategy and Senior Analyst, Market Research & Insights, who are responsible for developing Gravity’s research, thought leadership, and underlying content. Through this partnership, the Integrated Marketing Manager will determine how that work is packaged, visually presented, and brought to market across various channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager will also be directly responsible for designing and producing presentations, one-pagers, graphics, email campaigns, digital assets, and other marketing materials.

This is a cross-functional role focused on ensuring Gravity’s marketing efforts work together to drive awareness, engagement, meetings, and ultimately revenue. This person will take projects from concept through execution, developing integrated campaign strategies while also independently designing and producing the marketing materials needed to bring those campaigns to life.

This role is expected to be AI-fluent, leveraging the latest tools to drive consistency and efficiency across design, campaign, and production workflows.

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns — Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns around Gravity’s research, insights, products, and timely topics; determine the right mix of messaging, assets, channels, and timing to drive awareness, engagement, and meetings

  • Research & Insight Packaging — Partner with Research and Content teams to take completed research, key findings, and thought leadership pieces and determine how to package and visually present them for client and prospect audiences across formats and channels

  • Creative & Collateral Development — Independently design and produce polished marketing and sales materials, including reports, presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, social graphics, digital content, and other visual assets; scope needs with Revenue leadership and keep materials current

  • New Product Go-to-Market — Craft compelling positioning, campaign concepts, and collateral to bring new Gravity products and services to existing and prospective audiences

  • Email & Digital Marketing — Write, design, and deploy HubSpot campaigns tied to research releases, flagship content, new products, and timely insights; manage segmentation, suppressions, deployment timing, and post-send engagement reporting

  • Visual Identity — Maintain brand consistency across all marketing surfaces and bring strong design judgment to how Gravity’s research, insights, and products are presented to the market

  • Marketing Performance & Operations — Track campaign performance and use engagement data to optimize future campaigns; manage HubSpot workflows, CRM hygiene, reporting, and analytics administration in close partnership with the Revenue team; own website updates and LinkedIn presence

  • AI-Powered Workflows — Apply AI tools to accelerate design, campaign development, editing, and production; experiment with new solutions to improve workflow efficiency across the marketing function

  • The ideal candidate is both a strategic marketer and hands-on creative, bringing strong design instincts, integrated marketing experience, and the self-direction to take projects from concept through execution. They know how to take complex, research-driven content and determine the most compelling way to package, design, and market it to an executive audience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, creative marketing, or design, ideally at a research, consulting, or professional services company

  • Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through launch

  • Strong design capabilities with the ability to independently create polished presentations, reports, social graphics, digital content, and other marketing collateral

  • Strong writing and editing skills; comfort translating complex ideas into clear marketing messages across formats and platforms

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator), Canva, or equivalent design tools

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, including campaign management, forms, and reporting; CRM experience preferred

  • Design sensibility calibrated for executive audiences: clean, credible, and not decorative

  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle competing deadlines and move projects from concept through execution independently

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and use data to optimize future marketing efforts

  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve design, campaign, and production workflows

  • Prodigious work ethic and spirit of generosity

    About Us
Across Gravity Research, generally, the firm looks for three “pillar gifts” in you, and everyone else.  In all of us, these are more aspirational than actual, but they are central in our intentions –

Force of Ideas: At the center of Gravity Research’s work are the ideas within our work. We believe that ideas—the good and not—have consequences. Our ultimate objective is to bring rigor, insight, and intellectual honesty to the goal of separating the bad from the good, and giving voice, argument, and flight to maintaining the latter.

Spirit of Generosity:  Gravity Research seeks in its ranks a spirit of generosity: a natural disposition in each colleague toward service and selfless conduct. Our writing should be cut from the same cloth—critical on the merits, but informed by charity and forbearance in measuring motive and personal character.

Radical Responsibility: We give our people a lot of responsibility early on, and our top performers embrace it. We believe in holding ourselves and our colleagues accountable, taking ownership over big things, striving for excellence, and celebrating success.

Gravity Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate against our applicants because of race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.
