What We Offer
~1 min read✓Trim and manicure cannabis buds to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
✓Inspect trimmed products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
✓Operate trimming equipment safely and effectively, if applicable.
✓Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
✓Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
✓Harvest cannabis plants according to production schedules
✓Monitor machine performance and adjust flow to prevent damage to flower
✓Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
~1 min read- Capable of sitting and working with hands for a full 10 hour shift, with or without accommodation.
- Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related roles preferred.
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Good communication and teamworks still.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have an MED badge.
