Requirements

1-2 years of experience in commercial cultivation highly desired, but not required. We will teach and train you on our method anyway!
Ability to retain basic chemistry knowledge required to properly mix and apply nutrients and pesticides.
Self motivated worker who knows what needs to be done and makes it happen with minimal supervision (once fully trained).
Ability to perform monotonous tasks correctly and consistently over long periods without diminishing quality of work.
Basic knowledge of cannabis physiology expected.
Ability to work as part of a team to ensure the grow functions at the highest level.
Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs at a time, and go up and down stairs multiple times per day, with or without accommodation.
