This is a full time, regularly scheduled around 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate is a responsible, proactive leader who can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and take initiative without requiring constant supervision. Previous supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred, along with a willingness to learn additional responsibilities.
Pay - DOE, this position starts at $23-27/hour.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Previous loss prevention experience or security preferred.
- →High ethical standards, and willingness to follow all rules by the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and the organization.
- →Basic computer skills needed to operate camera systems, and keep up with communication and logs.
- →Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- →Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.
- →Flexible availability and willingness to work varying shifts as needed
- →Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- →Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- →Strong verbal and written communication skills
