• →Team Leadership: Train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
• →Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service by training staff to assist customers effectively and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• →Sales Management: Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotional activities, and exceptional customer experiences.
• →Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, tracking, and loss prevention to ensure product availability and compliance.
• →Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including those from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and the company.
• →Financial Oversight: Manage daily financial operations, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget adherence.
• →Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment that meets the highest standards for both safety and presentation.
• →Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and staff productivity, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of retail management experience; cannabis dispensary experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a regulated retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, compliance standards, and customer education.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and cash handling.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
• Proficiency with business technology including HR systems and Google Workspace.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must hold a current MED Badge (or be eligible to obtain one).
