Captain/Engineer - 80' - Private Start date: November or December 2026 Itinerary: Florida/Bahamas Crew: Captain is the only full-time crew, with additional crew hired as temp for vessel maintenance. Summary: Private family program with fantastic owners. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and proven experience maintaining a high standard of vessel maintenance and upkeep. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized and family friendly. Requirements: USCG 100gt or equivalent Valid B1B1 or US passport Excellent communication and organizational skills Must have experience captaining similar sized vessels with strong references Strong engineering/technical knowledge STCW ENG1 Must speak English to a high standard Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment Package: Salary DOE Contract provided
