What You’ll Do

• Become a trusted real estate advisor by staying ahead of market trends, top developers, and the latest projects across our portfolio
• Understand clients’ needs, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend the most suitable properties
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers and guide them throughout their property-buying journey
• Conduct property viewings and deliver a premium customer experience
• Manage and update client interactions through the CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and deal progression
• Coordinate between clients and developers during negotiations and contracting stages
• Ensure all purchase agreements and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients by continuously sharing market insights and new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Starting 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and exceeding expectations
• High level of energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
