→Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all procurement activities.
→Participate in supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
→Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in procurement engineering or a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of engineering materials, specifications, and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
