Neurology APP (Full Time)

• →Diagnose and manage conditions that may include:

• →Migraine and chronic headache disorders
• →Memory loss and cognitive impairment
• →Essential tremor and movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease
• →Dizziness and balance disorders
• →Epilepsy and seizure disorders
• →Multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating conditions
• →Peripheral neuropathy and neuromuscular conditions

• →Provide outpatient follow-up care for new and established patients.
• →Manage medications and treatment plans in accordance with current neurologic best practices.
• →Order and review diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studies.
• →Provide patient and family education, counseling, and long-term disease management support.
• →Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine, and therapy services to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
• →Assist with specialty procedures and treatment management, including Botox therapy and other neurologic interventions, depending on experience and training.
• →Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current NP or PA licensure (or eligibility) in New Hampshire
• Minimum 2-years of experience in Neurology
• ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
