We're seeking a skilled and motivated Cook 2 to help prepare fresh, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, resort-style kitchen. NDM Hospitality is a family-owned company that began in food & beverage and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We're creating a new category in hospitality by combining the comfort of vacation homes with the consistency and service of world-class resorts.

• →Prepare fresh ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef
• →Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
• →Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• →Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and storage containers
• →Work multiple stations and assist team members as needed
• →Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards
• →Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• →Lift and move up to 25 lbs; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Food Safety Certification required (e.g., SafeStaff or ServSafe)
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work quickly and consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills
