Responsibilities

→Assist in managing day to day operation of our indoor and poolside F&B outlets
→Assists with inventory and labor management
→Ensures all company and local sanitation standards are met
→Assists with basic accounting functions
→Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Requirements

1 year as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/manager or 3 years restaurant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
ServSafe manager certification
Responsible alcohol service certification
