ABA Technician (Waltham, MA)

• →Provide home and community-based support to individuals using evidence-based ABA approach
• →Work directly with individuals and their families in the natural environment to improve socially significant behaviors across all areas, including communication, daily living skills, social skills, and adaptive behavior.
• →Teach goals and skills outlined in the treatment plans and implement behavior strategies developed by the BCBA/LABA (clinical supervisor)
• →Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions
• →Complete required session notes and data and any additional non-clinical paperwork
• →Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's in a related field - psychology, early childhood education, social work, etc.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification may substitute for the education requirement
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Ability to drive, walk, stand, and climb stairs in an office and a variety of community-based and home-based settings
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Must successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment
