Mobile Maintenance-Master (East Tennessee Mines)

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities   

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on underground mobile mining equipment such as loaders (LHDs), haul trucks, bolters, scalers, drills, and utility vehicles.  

• Inspect, service, and maintain diesel engines, hydraulic systems, braking systems, drivetrain components, and electrical systems including CAN-bus controls.  

• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend component life.  

• Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.  

• Interpret schematics, service manuals, diagnostic software, and onboarding monitoring systems.  

• Lead major component repowers including engines, transmissions, axles, pumps, and cylinders.  

• 5 years Heavy Equipment Mechanical Experience
