• High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous guest service, hospitality, retail, food service, entertainment, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and effectively use resort systems as needed
• Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards and professionalism
• Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Must be available for seasonal employment from early November through early January
