We’re a growing international sportsbook operator and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Operations Agent to strengthen our team on-site in Malta
You’ll be part of our Customer Operations team and ensure a smooth experience for our users:
- Support customers via live chat & email (German & English)
- Handle KYC checks and verify documents
- Ensure accurate and timely payout processing
- Contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes
Requirements
~1 min read- Fluent German (written & spoken) – must-have
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (incl. weekends & public holidays)
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in customer support (ideally iGaming / sports betting)
- Interest in sports or betting products
- Strong communication skills & empathy
- A structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Reliability and attention to detail
What We Offer
~1 min read💰 Competitive salary: €28,000–€30,000 depending on experience
➕ Bonus: €1,000–€2,400 per year
