NerdWallet’s Engagement team helps millions of people take real action with their finances, tracking spending, monitoring credit, building net worth, and discovering the right financial products at the right moment. We’re now in the early stages of an AI-native transformation, shifting from traditional design-and-handoff workflows toward a model where design, prototyping, and even deployment are deeply augmented by AI.

As a Senior Product Designer on the Engagement team, you’ll own end-to-end design for one or more product pods, shaping the user experiences that bring people back to NerdWallet and help them make smarter financial decisions. You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, business outcomes, and technical possibility, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences with speed.

This is an opportunity to help define what design looks like on an AI-native team, one of the most exciting and consequential design challenges happening right now in consumer tech.
