We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team at Netchex with US hours. As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing unparalleled service and support in resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with account inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve complex issues
  • Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role in a b2b SaaS company is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
