Product Manager

NETGEAR is growing its enterprise networking business, and we're looking for a Product Manager to own a key part of it. You'll own either our WiFi access point roadmap or our Insight cloud management platform. Both are central to how SMBs and managed service providers (MSPs) deploy, run, and grow their networks.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll set direction, write the requirements, work every day with engineering, and take products from idea to launch and beyond. We're looking for someone who knows the technology, listens closely to customers, and measures success by what ships and what sells.

• 4 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally in networking, cloud/SaaS, or B2B technology

• Solid technical grounding in enterprise WiFi (802.11 standards, RF basics, WLAN design) or cloud-managed networking/SaaS platforms

• A track record of shipping products from definition through launch

• Strong written communication. Your PRDs are clear, concise, and decisive.

• Comfort with data. You can pull insights from usage, sales, and market data to support your recommendations.

• The ability to influence without authority across engineering, marketing, sales, and executives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience with MSP or channel-led business models

• Background in subscription or SaaS pricing and packaging

• Familiarity with switching, security, or SD-WAN alongside WiFi

• Experience working with ODMs or offshore engineering teams

• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools (Tableau, Snowflake, or similar)

• Real ownership of products that customers deploy around the world

• A focused, fast-moving team where your decisions show up in the market
