Responsibilities

→Tracks, analyzes, reports, and maintains the Andon system and Production KPI’s.
→Prepares, updates, and reports on Cell metrics and other Production KPI’s.
→Reports and improves critical issues and trends regarding line stoppers.
→Prepares and updates Winnipeg Opex monthly articles and communication boards.
→Analyzes and provides support to Production Leadership regarding waste reduction.
→Ensures standardization of manufacturing best practices.
→Works with Manufacturing leadership and supporting departments for improvement initiatives relating to manufacturing and internal processes.

Requirements

University or college degree in Business or Engineering. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
At least 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Power BI skills required.
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and facilitation skills with an ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Lean greenbelt certification or equivalent training would be considered an asset.
