New Horizons, a nonprofit serving special needs adults in the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura, for more than 60 years, seeks a self-starter to be a Job Coach.

This will be a very rewarding experience for reliable people who have a passion to help others.

• →Orients the member to the work setting.
• →Develops a daily work schedule that identifies all of the job duties that must be completed during the work day.
• →Trains the member to complete their assigned job duties up to employer expectations.
• →Teaches the member appropriate workplace behavior and attitudes.
• →Assists the member develop relationships with co-workers.

• Must speak English

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Driver's License for 3+ years required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be willing to drive an 8-passanger van.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
