Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Handle inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
- →Provide support with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general inquiries
- →Research patient accounts to resolve issues
- →Document all interactions accurately
- →Follow HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
- Fully remote position
