Responsibilities

Onsite talent coordination

→
Greet creators on arrival and direct them to their shoot
→
Confirm schedules in advance and manage same-day changes, including late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules and no-shows
→
Keep the production and casting teams informed of creator status in real time
→
Ensure every creator has a professional, well-organized experience at NewForm

Casting support

→
Assist our Casting Director with sourcing new creators on social platforms
→
Contact prospective creators, review self-tapes and help maintain the creator pipeline

Office and studio operations

→
Receive and unpack grocery and supply deliveries
→
Stock the kitchen, fridge and cabinets
→
Keep the office and studio clean and ready for the next shoot
→
Monitor supply levels and restock before they run out

Production support

→
Assist on shoots with setup, errands and general crew support

Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in coordination, production, hospitality, events, office operations or casting
Ability to stay organized and composed when schedules change
Strong initiative and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication, and reliable follow-up
Familiarity with creator culture (TikTok, Instagram, UGC)
Ability to work onsite in NYC five days a week and lift up to 30 lbs
