Our Corporate Venture team, NexBreak Venture, is seeking a Growth Engineer Intern to ideate, validate, and launch AI-native products from concept to early traction, with a specific focus on engineering the growth mechanics that turn a prototype into a scalable business.

• →This is a 0→1 builder position for someone who can code growth loops, instrument experiments, and drive measurable traction, not just recommend it.
• →Design, build, and ship technical growth mechanisms: acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, referral/viral loops, activation triggers, and monetization experiments.
• →Stand up lightweight analytics and experimentation infrastructure (tracking, A/B testing, cohort analysis) to measure what's working and iterate fast.
• →Rapidly prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products, then hand off winning mechanics to product teams.
