→Relentlessly source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
→Understand customer needs and requirements.
→Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
→Achieve cold call goals.
→Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
→Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Requirements

Three to five years proven experience.
Prior telemarketing experience highly desired.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong yet pleasant phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Ability to overcome objections or rejection with a smile.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Experience working with a CRM.
