About the role:

As Editorial & Publishing Specialist, you will support the production, adaptation, editing, and publishing of Newzoo’s games market intelligence outputs.

Working within Newzoo’s Strategic Communications & Product Marketing function, you will collaborate closely with Analysts, Researchers, Product, Commercial, and Design teams to help communicate Newzoo’s data, research, and industry expertise clearly and credibly to professional B2B audiences.

This role is ideal for someone with strong editorial instincts, games industry knowledge, operational reliability, and an understanding of how professional audiences consume industry information.

Your responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, proofread, QA, and publish editorial materials.
• Adapt large-scale research and insight projects into audience-appropriate editorial formats for B2B audiences and channels.
• Coordinate publishing schedules, workflows, and production timelines across multiple projects.
• Maintain editorial consistency and standards.
• Monitor publishing performance and maintain workflows

Your profile:

• Full professional proficiency in English is required, with excellent writing and editing skills.
• 4+ years of professional experience in the games industry, ideally focused on PC & console gaming, B2B media, publishing, market intelligence, or communications.
• Have the right to work in The Netherlands. 
• Ability to work hybrid from Amsterdam office, 3 days per week
• Experience in editorial, publishing, journalism, communications, or B2B industry media roles.
• Strong editorial judgment and understanding of how authoritative industry brands communicate with professional audiences.
• Experience working with complex information, research, data, or insight-led content.
• Experience producing reports, newsletters, social media, articles, or other B2B publishing outputs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders thoughtfully and calmly.
