Die Attach/DACA Equipment Sustaining Engineer

As a Senior Equipment Sustaining Engineer, you will be responsible for sustaining ASM and Quick equipment to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency within semiconductor assembly manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting production, resolving equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• →Ensure optimum performance and reliability of ASM and Quick equipment.
• →Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues.
• →Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• →Monitor and improve equipment KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• →Support equipment qualifications, validation, and new product introductions (NPI).
• →Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• →Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering.

• Hands-on experience supporting ASM and/or Quick equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in equipment sustaining within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience in equipment qualification and validation activities.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with MES, Factory Automation, or Industry 4.0 applications.
• Knowledge of automation systems and equipment upgrades
