EDI Business Consultant

• System & EDI Support: Support and lead EDI and system-related projects, including defining business requirements and functional specifications, in collaboration with IT and cross-functional business teams.
• B2B Management: Manage and optimize EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers, capturing and translating business requirements for B2B integration.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in SCM processes and implement solutions to enhance automation and accuracy, working closely with Site SCM, Logistics, and Business Planning teams.
• Business Representation: Represent the business in supply chain management projects related to EDI, aligned with the SCM roadmap or local management directives.
• Testing & Implementation: Evaluate and test system and process changes, implement solutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including end users and operational teams.
• Documentation & Training: Document new processes, procedures, and training materials; provide guidance and training to end users to optimize system use.
• Operational Support: Ensure continuous service of operational systems, provide first-line support for EDI-related questions, and assist with ad hoc tasks.
   

• →Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/Communication Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
• →Minimum 2 yrs. of professional experience in EDI interfaces, supply chain integration, and process improvement.
• →Strong understanding of messaging standards (e.g., EDIFACT, Rosettanet, AS2).
• →Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; SAP certification is a plus.
• →Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• →Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• →Fluency in English (spoken and written).
