• →

  Optimize and maintain high-volume semiconductor production processes.

• →

  Manage specialized workstreams such as Wire Bond, Die Attach, Molding, Trim & Form, Plating, and Testing.

• →

  Drive production line relocation, ramp-up, and stabilization to ensure smooth operational transitions

• →

  Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and end-to-end process transfer activities across global manufacturing sites.

• →

  Coordinate new product introductions and production line transfers across global sites.

• →

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.

• →

  Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Semiconductor-related fields.

• →

  Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process engineering.

• →

  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.

• →

  Experience in project management or leading technical teams (for management roles).

• →

  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic global manufacturing environment
