As a Senior Development Engineer Transistors, you will define, develop, and release bipolar transistor products while driving product performance and innovation throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead product development and optimization projects, conduct competitive technology benchmarking, and collaborate across the organization to strengthen technical expertise and product excellence.


Responsibilities

  • →Define, develop and release bipolar transistors
  • →Contribute to the product performance as product designer / architect for development of bipolar transistors
  • →Lead small or medium sized product creation or optimization projects
  • →Competitive benchmarking concerning products and technologies of Nexperia
  • →Build up and maintain a competency network within the organization
  • →Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers

 


  • →Master or PhD degree in semiconductor physics or technology, microelectronics or similar
  • →3+ years working experience depending on educational credentials
  • →Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology
  • →Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
  • →Fluency in English and German language skills are desired
  • →Good communication skills, both verbal and written
