The primary purpose of this role is to provide operational ownership and hands-on support for site infrastructure and warehouse technology services. The role is responsible for keeping warehouse and logistics technology stable, available, secure, supportable, and fit for daily business operations.

This is an operations-focused role. The position may support new site readiness or technology changes when required, but the main accountability is ongoing site operations, incident resolution, preventive checks, lifecycle support, vendor follow-up, documentation, and continuous improvement after systems are in production.
