Assistant General Manager - Casual Dining Restaurant

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager for our casual dining restaurant located in Independence. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining food quality standards. As Assistant General Manager, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our restaurant by fostering a positive work environment and engaging with both staff and patrons. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with opportunities for career development and a supportive company culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
