NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a passionate Kitchen Director to join our vibrant team in San Clemente. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our culinary operations in the thriving restaurant industry, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
As a Kitchen Director, you will oversee all kitchen activities, from menu planning to food preparation, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met. You will play a crucial role in managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing best practices that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in hospitality.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth within the culinary field.
Responsibilities

- →Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Maintain inventory and manage food costs effectively
- →Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality standards

- →Implement new cooking techniques and equipment

Requirements
