Desktop Support Engineer

NextRow Digital is looking to add a Desktop Support Engineer to the team. You will be responsible for managing day to day support for employees in India and in US. You should be a fast learner, and adapt to new challenges. Be part of a fast-growing team and build your career. Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: - · Manage company assets for employees · Manage M365 licenses for employees · Support employees with troubleshooting of Windows / Mac software and hardware · Manage outside agencies for hardware repairs · Manage networks, VPN Experience required: · Office365/M365 experience with ActiveDirectory · Sharepoint experience · Basic Networking experience · Knowledge on power Platform admin centre.
