We are looking for a Solution Architect – CRM & Integration to support a large-scale transformation project within a complex enterprise environment in the financial services industry.
This role focuses on designing and driving the overall solution architecture for a CRM-related ecosystem while ensuring alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, and integration strategy.
We are looking for someone with a strong architectural mindset who enjoys working across systems, stakeholders, and technologies to design scalable, maintainable, and future-proof solutions in complex environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels across architecture, integration, and solution design activities.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and evolve the overall solution architecture for a CRM-related transformation initiative.
- →Support the evaluation and selection of commercial software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- →Ensure alignment between proposed solutions, enterprise architecture principles, and target architecture standards.
- →Define and coordinate the technical solution landscape, including:
Software components
Integration approaches
Technical infrastructure
Data flows
Sizing considerations
System interoperability
- →Design scalable integration patterns and cross-system communication mechanisms across complex enterprise environments.
- →Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution diagrams, estimations, and technical assessments.
- →Support architecture reviews, governance processes, and technical evaluations.
- →Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- →Contribute to defining integration strategies, API design approaches, and service-oriented architectures.
- →Support process modelling and automation initiatives across interconnected business systems.
- →Identify technical risks, architectural gaps, and scalability limitations early while proposing pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- →Potentially support implementation activities and guide technical teams during delivery phases.
- At least 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or solution architecture.
- Strong experience designing cross-system architectures within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with modern integration technologies, APIs, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE enterprise ecosystems and Oracle databases.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures, microservices, and data-centric integration approaches.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, messaging/JMS, ETL, and integration services.
- Experience with architecture frameworks and modelling standards such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, or BPMN.
- Experience with process modelling, business process automation, or workflow-driven systems.
- Experience working in agile software delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams.
- Banking, financial services, or finance-related domain experience is considered a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM ecosystems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce is highly valuable.
- Experience with Camunda BPMN or enterprise integration platforms is considered an advantage.
