Bridge Crossing has an immediate opening for Direct Care Counselor/Behavioral Health Professional in our residential treatment program serving youth ages 5-14 in a K-8 school setting.  Counselors are responsible for day-to-day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment, assist with learning, direct supervision and engagement of participants. Tasks include crisis intervention and all related documentation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree/minimum 90 college credits in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, early childhood education or equivalent, plus experience working with youth in a residential or day treatment setting. Strong listening skills and creative mindset are needed. Great communication skills are necessary as this position requires positive team dynamics.
