Part-Time Residential Counselor - Village House

The Village House of NFI Vermont is hiring a part-time (12-24 hours/week) residential counselor to serve transitional-aged youth residents. Starting pay ranges from $20.50 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Our program focuses on assisting transitional age youth with developing independent living skills through supportive education, mentoring, community integration, and self-determination. Residential counselors aid the program and residents by providing supervision, structure, and therapeutic support.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field

Or

2+ years of experience working with youth/adolescent populations
