Niemanns Maintenance Clerk

The Niemanns Maintenance Clerk is responsible for cleaning and perform light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items. 

• →Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• →General Cleaning: Empties wastebaskets, cleans restrooms in detail, and replenishes supplies
• →Vacuums hallways/offices, sweeps and mops all hard surfaces
• →Dusts furniture, blinds, etc.
• →Light maintenance work
• →Shovels snow, replaces Light bulbs
• →Minor repair work, paints, builds shelves
• →Operates pallet jack and forklift
• →Calls for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed
• →During peak hours, stocks groceries, helps customers, pushes carts
• →Follows all store and department policies and procedures
• →Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• →Other duties as assigned by supervisor
