• Master's degree with 3 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant technical experience; OR an Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant technical experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant technical experience is required
• Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM level I certification or higher (Examples: Security+, CND, Cloud+, CAP or CGRC, CASP+ or CompTIA Security X, GSLC, CISSP-Associate, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO)
• Candidates must have a U.S. Government Top Secret level security clearance to include SCI access level eligibility (at a minimum) to be considered
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Counter Intelligence Polygraph as a condition of continued employment

  

 

• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience; OR an Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant technical experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant technical experience is required
• Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Sr Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM level III certification at a minimum (Examples: CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO)
• Candidates must have a U.S. Government Top Secret level security clearance to include SCI access level eligibility (at a minimum) to be considered
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Counter Intelligence Polygraph as a condition of continued employment

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field 

• IAM Level III (ex. CISM or CISSP) 

• Experience in cybersecurity compliance (ex. Assessment & Authorization under RMF) 
• Knowledge of security tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP 

• Knowledge of security frameworks and documentation such as NIST, JSIG, SSPs, POA&Ms, and SCTMs 
• TS/SCI with a CI-Polygraph

Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
