We call it Defining Possible. This mindset goes beyond our customer solutions; it’s the foundation for your career development and the impact we have within the community.

Ready to begin your career by helping organisations solve complex business and operational challenges?

As a Graduate Business Delivery Analyst within our Cyber & Intelligence business, you will help customers understand their needs, improve processes and deliver solutions that create meaningful outcomes. Your work will contribute to critical national security, defence and digital transformation programmes.

Working alongside consultants, engineers and delivery teams, you will use research, analysis and structured problem-solving to support effective decision-making. You will also gain experience in project delivery, including planning, resourcing, financial management, change management and supplier engagement.

This is an opportunity to develop valuable consulting, business change and delivery skills while contributing to complex programmes with real purpose.

Our structured two-year Graduate Programme is designed to help you turn your academic knowledge and wider experience into practical business delivery expertise.

Starting in September 2027, the programme will give you opportunities to contribute to different projects and workstreams, explore your professional interests and build the foundations for a long-term career. You will have a dedicated mentor, buddy, project lead and line manager, providing guidance and support throughout your development.

From the beginning, you will contribute to meaningful work while learning from experienced consultants, engineers and delivery specialists.
