The Northrop Grumman Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) team is seeking a Manager 2 Cyber Systems Engineering to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Melbourne, FL location.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of related experience OR PhD and 2 years of related experience
- →The selected candidate must have a current, in-scope U.S. Government Secret security clearance with an investigation completed within the last 6 years or be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation Program; the required security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
- →Candidate must be able to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance before a start date can be established; maintaining the required SAP clearance will be a condition of continued employment.
- →Experience building and leading an effective and collaborative team
Requirements
~2 min read- Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph
- ITIL, or Agile, or CISM, or CISSP certification
- Current DoD 8570 Level 2 Certification, such as Security+ CE
- Experience and familiarity with compute infrastructure (i.e., virtualization, networking, datacenter architecture, or systems administration)
- Experience with managing technical teams
- Experience implementing JSIG or RMF cybersecurity-related compliance frameworks

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
